The Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, including greeting customers, cashiering, shipment handling and stockroom organization. This part-time role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability across varied shifts and the ability to perform physical tasks; compensation is CAD 17–19, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide support as a greeter.
- Run items and assist with operational tasks across front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Operate the cash register and answer telephone calls.
- Understand and follow operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment; stock-related experience is an asset.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lb and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
