Tory Burch is seeking a part-time Retail Support Associate in Branson, Missouri, to support front- and back-of-house operations, customer service, cash handling, shipment processing, and stockroom organization. The role requires 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience, open availability for varied shifts, and the ability to meet physical demands; occasional overnight travel may be required. Compensation is USD 15–17, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as a greeter and support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Run items and assist with store tasks as needed.
- Operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, organize the stockroom, and support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Help create welcoming, memorable customer experiences and contribute to retail excellence.
Qualifications
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
