Tory Burch seeks a part-time Seasonal Support Associate in Orlando to support front- and back-of-house operations, customer service, cashiering, phone coverage, shipment handling, and stockroom organization. The role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience, open availability for varied shifts, and the ability to perform physical duties including lifting at least 40 lbs. Compensation is USD 15, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Run items and support store operations as a runner.
- Process customer transactions as a cashier.
- Answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications

- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
