Tory Burch is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Scottsdale to build customer relationships, meet personal sales goals, deliver informed and memorable client experiences, and uphold sales and operational standards. The role requires one to three years of relevant retail experience and open schedule availability, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends; compensation is $15, with offers based on relevant experience and work location.

Qualifications
- Strong commitment to service, genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.
- Resourcefulness, collaboration and a team-oriented approach, with awareness of the visual and operational aspects of the role and commitment to loss prevention.
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
