The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, assisting with customer greeting, running items, cashiering, phone calls, operational procedures, shipments and stockroom organization. This part-time seasonal role requires 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience and flexible availability for overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Greet customers, run items, operate the cash register and answer phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lb and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.

1–2 years in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
