The Key Holder builds customer relationships, drives personal sales, delivers a knowledgeable brand experience, and supports store operations, including opening and closing. This full-time role requires 2–4 years of high-volume retail experience and flexible availability for overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts; compensation is 18.00–22.00 USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a strong customer experience through effective selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
- Support a welcoming customer experience and contribute to memorable interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the retail team and contribute innovative ideas to support retail excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to take responsibility for store opening and closing, demonstrating maturity and integrity.
