Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with customers by offering beverages, providing iPads and answering questions.
• Support sales associates through clear communication and follow-through on customer requests.
• Deliver a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership.
• Accurately process POS transactions, including using iPads, ringing transactions, wrapping merchandise, processing returns, and applying discounts and promotions.
• Assist with operational activities as needed.
• Bring products to the sales floor, ship products to customers, and complete transfers and markdowns in line with Store Communications directives.
• Use store radio communications and technology tools appropriately and with proper etiquette.
• Partner with the leadership team to address customer service issues involving product damage, repairs, exchanges and concierge-style needs.
• Support fitting room activities, including locating sizes and returning merchandise to the sales floor.
• Answer the telephone using proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain sales and operational policies and procedures to a high standard.
• Accurately process POS transactions and capture customer information.
• Ensure accurate processing and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments and receipts.
• Support operational and back-of-house activities as needed, maintaining high standards of organization in back-of-house and offsite storage areas.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and communicate new receipts and inbound merchandise to the team.
• Assist with store maintenance and supply ordering.
• Meet deadlines for IMRDs, damages, transfers, charge sends and related tasks.
• Print tickets accurately in WebIM.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Manage competing tasks and priorities with attention to detail to achieve desired outcomes.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
• Reflect the brand aesthetic, demonstrate a strong sense of fashion and maintain an enthusiastic attitude.
• Help maintain brand and operating standards to support consistency.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including replenishment and folding; take initiative during quieter periods and act urgently during peak business periods.
• Use in-store technology to create a transformational customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach and bend; and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience

1–2 years in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
