The Sales Associate builds customer relationships, drives personal sales and delivers a distinctive Tory Burch client experience through strong product knowledge and selling skills. This part-time role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability including nights, evenings, holidays and weekends, and the physical ability to perform the listed tasks. Compensation is CAD 17.00–19.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a compelling customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Understand and communicate Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and uphold all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the store team to deliver retail excellence.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule aligned with business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
