Tory Burch seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Sevierville to build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, deliver a distinctive client experience, communicate the brand philosophy, and uphold sales and operational procedures. The role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs. Compensation is USD 15.00–17.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a memorable customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to service, genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.
- Resourcefulness, collaboration, and a team-oriented approach; awareness of visual and operational aspects of the role; and commitment to loss prevention.
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
