The part-time Sales Associate builds client relationships, meets personal sales goals, delivers an informed and engaging customer experience, and upholds Tory Burch brand standards and store procedures. The role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability and physical capability for active store duties; compensation is $15.00–$15.00, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.

- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a compelling customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.

Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending and standing for extended periods.
