Tory Burch seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Sunrise, Florida, to build customer relationships, achieve personal sales goals, deliver a knowledgeable and engaging brand experience, and uphold sales, operational, visual, and loss-prevention standards. The role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs. Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a compelling customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Support the visual and operational aspects of the role and contribute to loss prevention.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
