Tory Burch is hiring a part-time, seasonal Retail Support Associate in Southaven to assist with customer service and front- and back-of-house operations, including cashiering, shipment handling, and stockroom organization. The role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability for varied shifts, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 pounds. Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Welcome and greet customers, run items, operate the cash register, and answer phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
