The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations, welcoming customers, running items, operating the register, answering phones, handling shipments and organizing the stockroom. The role is part-time, with open availability for a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts; compensation is USD 15–17, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as a greeter and support a positive store experience.
- Run items and provide operational support across front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
- Understand and follow operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom and support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Contribute to memorable customer experiences and support the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
