Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Support Associate in Natick to support customer service and front- and back-of-house operations, including cashiering, shipment handling and stockroom organization. The role requires one to two years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, flexible availability for overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts, and occasional overnight travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as a greeter and assist with running products or materials.
- Operate the cash register and answer phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
