The Sales Associate builds client relationships, meets personal sales goals and delivers a strong customer experience through selling skills, product knowledge and communication of Tory Burch’s brand philosophy. The role requires one to three years in high-volume retail, open availability for flexible shifts and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs. This is a part-time position; compensation is CAD 17.00–19.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a compelling customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Support sales growth and deliver memorable customer experiences.
- Contribute to loss prevention.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Experience in personal selling and customer relations, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
- A sense of humor is a plus.
