Tory Burch seeks a Sales Associate in San Diego to build client relationships, achieve personal sales goals, deliver informed and memorable customer experiences, and uphold sales, operational, visual, and loss-prevention standards. The role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience, open scheduling availability, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs. Compensation is USD 17.00–20.00, with offers based on relevant experience and work location.

- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a distinctive customer experience through effective selling skills and extensive product knowledge.

Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
