The Retail Operations Manager leads store operations at Tory Burch in Sunrise, Florida, overseeing inventory, product flow, budgets, people resources, operational training and vendor, facilities and expense matters. The role partners with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, supports special events with PR and Marketing, and requires 3 to 5 years of relevant retail experience plus flexible availability for overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow.
- Train store staff on technology and operational procedures.
- Partner with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to manage and maintain annual budgets.
- Manage store people resources and operational staff.
- Lead by example, set clear goals and expectations, and hold employees accountable to high standards of excellence.
- Create a highly standardized store environment that supports a transformational customer experience, strong employee performance and smooth business operations.
- Support the customer experience by partnering with PR and Marketing on special-event requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
