The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports customer-facing and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, including greeting, running items, cashiering, answering phones, executing procedures, processing shipments and organizing stock. This part-time role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience and open availability for flexible shifts, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends; occasional overnight travel may be required. The compensation range is USD 16.00–19.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Run items and assist with cashier duties and phone inquiries.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
