The seasonal, part-time Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, taking on greeting, running, cashiering and phone duties, executing store procedures, and handling shipments and stockroom organization. The position requires 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience, open schedule availability and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Run items and assist with cashier duties and phone enquiries.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach and bend; and stand for extended periods.
