The Sales Associate builds customer relationships, achieves personal sales goals, delivers an informed and distinctive customer experience, and upholds Tory Burch sales, operational and loss-prevention standards. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends; compensation is $17.00–$20.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a distinctive customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Support loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the retail team to deliver excellent service and memorable customer experiences.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
