The Logistics Analyst supports Tory Burch’s global transportation team, managing retail shipments from distribution centers to stores and outbound from stores, carrier performance, exceptions, shipment visibility, and delivery-network opportunities. The role requires 0–2 years of relevant logistics experience; a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred but not required. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and execute retail transportation from distribution centers to stores and outbound from stores.
- Monitor carriers' performance against delivery standards, including transit times and pickup and delivery timeliness.
- Manage exceptions involving pickups, delays, and delivery issues.
- Maintain store shipment-visibility tools and processes, and support implementation of the Tory Vision application.
- Conduct carrier RFP processes as required to support the retail delivery network.
- Act as liaison between transportation providers and store operations, stores, and allocations.
- Evaluate the delivery network for cost and transit opportunities.
