Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a compelling customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
- Support store operations with a focus on visual execution and loss prevention.
