The Key Holder builds customer relationships, drives personal sales, delivers a distinctive Tory Burch client experience, and supports sales and operational standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a customer experience through effective selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Ensure sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
