The Sales Associate builds customer relationships, drives sales, delivers a distinctive client experience and communicates Tory Burch’s brand philosophy while upholding sales, operational and loss-prevention standards. This is a part-time position in Richmond, with compensation of CAD 15–19, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create an engaging customer experience by applying selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Support loss prevention.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lb, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
