This part-time beauty retail position combines creative makeup artistry with customer-centric expertise to deliver personalized in-store experiences at the Too Faced counter in Sephora's White City location. The role encompasses makeup application services, product consultation, visual merchandising, and participation in high-impact in-store events. While makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, candidates with strong amateur-level skills and a passion for prestige beauty are welcomed and offered comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Combine creative and technical makeup expertise to deliver welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer experiences
• Educate customers on makeup application techniques and product benefits through hands-on demonstrations and consultation
• Collaborate with high-performing retail teams to conceptualize and execute impactful in-store events and product launches
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the beauty counter and point-of-sale areas to ensure competitive differentiation
• Operate retail point-of-sale software and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
• Capacity to work flexible retail hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience operating retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Skills

Experience

Make-up artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but amateur-level experience combined with demonstrated technical ability is welcome. The role values candidates who are dynamic self-starters seeking progressive career growth in prestige beauty retail.
