Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized, and authentic customer service through makeup consultation and application
- Create welcoming and educationally enriching in-store experiences that showcase Too Faced products
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Demonstrate and educate customers on makeup techniques, product benefits, and brand philosophy
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience (preferred)
- Demonstrable creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
