Tommy Hilfiger seeks a dynamic Floor Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance at its Livermore, California location. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead opening and closing store operations and key-holder duties
- Drive daily sales goals and monitor sales floor performance
- Coach and mentor sales associates in real-time to enhance customer interactions and brand representation
- Manage inventory processing, restocking, and merchandising standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers warmly and building brand loyalty
- Resolve operational and customer issues promptly and effectively
- Support Store Manager in maintaining store presentation and operational excellence
- Process transactions at point-of-sale and perform cashiering duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key-holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and build inclusive team environments
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to inspire brand passion
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
