Role & Responsibilities
- Lead opening and closing store operations and key-holder duties
- Drive daily sales goals and monitor sales floor performance
- Coach and mentor sales associates in real-time to enhance customer interactions and brand representation
- Manage inventory processing, restocking, and merchandising standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers warmly and building brand loyalty

- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
