Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Orlando retail warehouse facility. The role encompasses shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining organized storage systems, processing merchandise to floor-ready condition, and maximizing inventory accuracy to drive sales potential. The associate will work rotating hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling merchandise via rolling racks and bakers racks, and will perform inventory counting, shipment processing, and price change activities while adhering to the company's Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately pull store orders to maximize sales volume and fulfillment efficiency
- Execute receiving, shipping, and processing operations for hub merchandise, third-party shipments, and inter-store transfers
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with warehouse dress code policies
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goals and operational objectives
- Perform inventory counting, shipment processing, and price change activities with consistent productivity
- Operate warehouse equipment including rolling racks, baker's racks, and lift gates on delivery trucks
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- Communicate operational concerns to management and support management decisions
