- Assist management with the recruitment and training of warehouse associates
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistent productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities
- Demonstrate professional image, conduct, and adherence to warehouse dress code policy
- Communicate operational concerns to management and support all company and management directives
- Lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts
