Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales volume through accurate merchandise replenishment according to store-generated pull sheets
- Execute receiving, shipping, and processing functions for retail stock, third-party shipments, and inter-store transfers
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication in coordinating warehouse activities and documenting inventory transactions
- Assist management in recruiting, onboarding, and training warehouse associates
- Maintain proficiency in all operational policies, procedures, and inventory management systems
- Manage time effectively and prioritize warehouse tasks to meet replenishment deadlines
- Maintain professional image and conduct in accordance with company warehouse dress code
- Collaborate as a team member to accomplish departmental goals and support management directives

Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
