Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately pull store orders to maximize sales volume
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments, including third-party transfers
- Maintain and organize stock and offsite storage areas
- Prepare merchandise as floor-ready for retail display
- Support the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- Maintain productivity standards in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities
- Operate warehouse equipment including bakers racks, rolling racks, and lift gates on trucks
- Communicate concerns and updates to warehouse management
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and warehouse dress code requirements
- Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish warehouse goals
