Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations at its Livermore, California location. The role encompasses receiving, shipping, and processing merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory and maximizing sales potential. The successful candidate will pull store orders, process shipments to third parties and transfers, maintain floor-ready merchandise, and support the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program while working rotating hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately pull store orders to maximize sales volume
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments, including third-party transfers
- Maintain and organize stock and offsite storage areas
- Prepare merchandise as floor-ready for retail display
- Support the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- Maintain productivity standards in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities
- Operate warehouse equipment including bakers racks, rolling racks, and lift gates on trucks
- Communicate concerns and updates to warehouse management
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and warehouse dress code requirements
- Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish warehouse goals
