Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver product to and from retail stores in a timely manner as requested
- Operate delivery vehicle and lift gate equipment to transport merchandise
- Maintain highest level of security and safety awareness in warehouse operations
- Process and organize merchandise to maximize floor-ready presentation and sales potential
- Develop and maintain professional communication with store management and team members
- Maintain warehouse dress code and demonstrate professional image and conduct
- Support inventory shrinkage improvement programs and minimize merchandise shortages
- Work rotating hours as assigned by management with flexibility and reliability
- Load and unload merchandise using bakers racks and rolling racks
- Take direction and complete assigned tasks with productivity and accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including lift gates
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise repeatedly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
- Flexible availability to work rotating hours as assigned
