Tommy Hilfiger is hiring a temporary, part-time Warehouse Associate in California to support warehouse operations, including shipment processing, accurate sales-floor replenishment, inventory control, and price changes. The role also supports recruiting and training Warehouse Associates and requires the ability to lift at least 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work rotating hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish the sales floor accurately according to store-generated pull sheets to maximize sales volume.
- Receive and process shipments, including shipping, third-party deliveries, and transfers.
- Assist management with recruiting and training Warehouse Associates.
- Develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price-change activities.
- Follow company policies and procedures and adhere to the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
- Work as part of the warehouse team to achieve established goals.
- Follow the warehouse dress code and maintain a professional image and conduct.
- Work rotating hours as assigned by management.
- Communicate concerns to management and support company and management decisions.
- Take direction and complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
