Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary in-store authority for visual merchandising and styling across all product categories and fixtures
- Deliver exceptional visual standards across mannequins, displays and window presentations in line with global brand guidelines
- Ensure the sales floor remains visually inspiring, commercially relevant and consistently maintained throughout operating hours
- Execute seasonal launches, campaign activations, model store updates and visual directives accurately and on schedule
- Monitor product density, size integrity and presentation standards to maximize sales opportunities and maintain stock replenishment
- Utilize commercial awareness and product knowledge to influence visual merchandising decisions that drive sales performance
- Monitor best-selling items, inventory levels and customer shopping patterns, adapting visual presentation strategically
- Collaborate with store management to identify opportunities for improved product placement and commercial optimization
- Deliver outstanding customer service while providing expert styling advice and outfit building to enhance the shopping experience
- Ensure visual presentation supports an effortless customer journey and premium service standards
- Coach and mentor colleagues on visual merchandising expertise, styling techniques and presentation best practices
- Support onboarding and continuous development of new associates in visual standards and product presentation
- Work collaboratively with the Store Management team and Field Visual Merchandising team to execute brand initiatives
- Serve as a role model for store presentation, customer service and brand standards
- Support visual changes, promotional launches and regional area initiatives as required

- Prior retail experience within a premium or luxury brand environment
- Demonstrable experience in or strong passion for visual merchandising, styling or fashion presentation
- Strong commercial awareness with proven ability to translate visual standards into measurable sales performance
- Excellent eye for detail with consistently high presentation standards
- Confident communicator skilled in coaching and knowledge-sharing with colleagues
- Customer-focused mindset with strong styling and selling capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work at pace while maintaining exceptional standards
