Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for its Utrecht store to deliver brand-aligned visual presentation, strengthen commercial performance and provide an inspiring customer experience. The role includes executing seasonal campaigns and visual directives, coaching colleagues and supporting store initiatives; it is full-time at 38 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store expert for visual merchandising and styling.
- Maintain exceptional visual standards across product categories, fixtures, mannequins and windows in accordance with global brand guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor visually inspiring, commercially relevant and well maintained throughout the trading day.
- Execute seasonal launches, campaigns, model store updates and visual directives accurately and on time.
- Maintain product density, size integrity and presentation standards to maximise sales opportunities.
- Apply commercial awareness and product knowledge to visual decisions that improve sales performance.
- Monitor best sellers, stock levels and customer shopping patterns, adapting visual presentation where appropriate.
- Work with the management team to identify opportunities to improve product placement and commercial performance.
- Support stock replenishment to keep displays full, impactful and customer ready.
- Use omnichannel tools and product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example on the shop floor.
- Inspire customers with styling advice and outfit building.
- Ensure visual presentation enhances the customer journey and supports an effortless shopping experience.
- Promote premium service standards while maintaining a highly commercial sales floor.
- Share visual merchandising knowledge and styling expertise with colleagues to build team confidence and capability.
- Support onboarding and coach new associates in visual standards and product presentation.
- Collaborate with the Store Management and Field Visual Merchandising teams to deliver brand initiatives.
- Act as a role model for store presentation, customer service and brand standards.
- Support stores with visual changes, launches and area initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in a premium or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable experience or a strong passion for visual merchandising, styling or fashion presentation.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate visual standards into sales performance.
- Excellent eye for detail and high presentation standards.
- Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and sharing knowledge.
