Visual Merchandising Specialist role at Tommy Hilfiger, Cotswolds Designer Outlet. Full-time position in UK combining visual display expertise with customer styling and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store expert for visual merchandising and styling, delivering exceptional standards across all product categories, fixtures, mannequins and windows in line with global brand guidelines
- Maintain the sales floor as visually inspiring and commercially relevant throughout the trading day, ensuring product density and presentation standards maximise sales opportunities
- Execute seasonal launches, campaigns, model store updates and visual directives accurately and on time
- Monitor best sellers, stock levels and customer shopping patterns, adapting visual presentation to influence sales performance
- Work alongside the management team to identify opportunities to improve product placement and support stock replenishment to keep displays full and customer-ready
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing expert styling advice, outfit building and engaging customers with product knowledge
- Share visual merchandising knowledge and styling expertise with colleagues to build confidence and capability across the team
- Support the onboarding and coaching of new associates in visual standards and product presentation
- Collaborate with the Store Management team and Field Visual Merchandising team to deliver brand initiatives and support visual changes and area launches
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience within a premium or luxury environment
- Demonstrable experience or a strong passion for visual merchandising, styling or fashion presentation
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate visual standards into sales performance
- Excellent eye for detail with consistently high standards of presentation
- Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and sharing knowledge with others
- Customer-focused with strong styling and selling skills
- Adaptable, organised and solutions-focused approach to work
- Passionate about fashion, trends and delivering an inspiring brand experience
