Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Tommy Hilfiger customer service to company standards and generate maximum sales potential
- Maintain merchandise at appropriate levels on the sales floor and execute consistent product replenishment
- Ensure the store is visually distinctive, impeccably maintained, and compliant with visual presentation standards
- Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures and observe for unusual internal or external activity
- Build repeat customer base through excellent service; maintain strong product and promotion knowledge
- Execute opening and closing checklist duties as directed by store management
- Manage zone coverage; acknowledge every customer within the zone and prioritize customer interactions over assigned tasks
- Attend Take 5 meetings and staff meetings as required; demonstrate effective written and verbal communication
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger image through professional personal appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work rotating hours, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned by management
