A full-time supervisory position at Tommy Hilfiger's Milton Keynes pop-up store, reporting to store management. The successful candidate will oversee shop floor operations, drive sales performance, manage a team of associates, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with premium brand standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient shop floor operations to achieve targets in customer service, sales, and profitability
- Manage all personnel functions, product responsibilities, and merchandising for the store
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
