Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Full-Time Supervisor (38 hours per week) for its Roosendaal Outlet location in the Netherlands. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the shop floor whilst driving customer service excellence, sales targets, and profitability. The Supervisor will support the management team across personnel, merchandising, and business operations, leading by example and fostering a culture of brand advocacy and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will possess proven supervisory experience within premium or luxury retail, demonstrated people management capability, and a strong capacity to motivate teams toward achieving sales and operational objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in managing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and store results
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings, clearly communicating all marketing and sales promotions
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst offering customers an exemplary store journey
• Foster a consistently positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Ensure the team receives consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance in support of business strategy
• Achieve company standards and goals for personal sales results including sales versus budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening and closing procedures, and oversee the sales floor
• Focus staff on the importance of building quality relationships with internal and external customers
• Ensure staff accountability for developing a repeat customer base through unparalleled service
• Enforce 'door to floor' best practices with visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room, ensuring consistent execution
• Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions and identify possible successors

Qualifications

• Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
• Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
• Strong effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
• Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
• Confidence in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioural change
• Ability to work well with change, adapt quickly, and work with pace
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Proactive 'can do' approach with initiative to find in-store solutions
