Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of the shop floor to achieve optimal customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, and business processes
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst delivering exemplary customer experiences

- Ensure visual merchandising best practices are executed and maintained consistently across sales floor and back room
