Part-time supervisory role at Tommy Hilfiger Kids store in Roermond Outlet, responsible for ensuring efficient shop floor operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Supervisor supports the management team across personnel, product, and merchandising functions while leading by example, inspiring the team, and maintaining brand standards. Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, managing staff development, executing visual merchandising directives, and fostering a positive store culture aligned with the brand's premium positioning.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the shop floor to achieve optimal customer service, sales, and profitability
• Support management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, and business processes
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst delivering exemplary customer experiences
• Consistently foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Support team delivery of business strategy through consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Execute manager-on-duty functions including store opening, closing, and sales floor management
• Build and develop a talent pool for key positions including potential successors
• Ensure visual merchandising best practices are executed and maintained consistently across sales floor and back room
• Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role experience within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
• Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Team player mentality with recognition of others' contributions and achievements
• Confidence in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Ability to work well with change and adapt quickly
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative and 'can-do' approach
