Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising, business processes and store results

- Execute visual merchandising directives and continually review door-to-floor best practices
- Collaborate with management to build talent pool for key positions and develop successor candidates
Qualifications
- Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brand
- People management experience with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
- Effective communicator with relationship-building ability
