Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Supervisor for its Bridgend outlet location to lead the shop floor, drive sales performance, and maintain premium store standards. The role encompasses personnel management, visual merchandising oversight, and delivery of exemplary customer service, requiring previous supervisory experience within a luxury or premium retail environment and demonstrated people management capability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve customer service, sales, and profit targets
• Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, and business processes
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff
• Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets whilst delivering an exemplary customer journey
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues with fairness and consistency
• Deliver consistent product knowledge and store maintenance training to the team
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing procedures
• Emphasize quality relationships with internal and external customers
• Build repeat customer loyalty through unparalleled spirited service delivery
• Ensure door-to-floor visual merchandising standards are executed consistently on the sales floor and back room
• Collaborate with management to develop talent pipelines and identify potential successors for key positions

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with conflict resolution skills
• Ability to resolve unproductive disagreements
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated relationship-building ability
• Team player mentality with recognition and celebration of others' contributions
• Ability to provide constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Adaptability and pace in managing change
