Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive and professional engagement
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and employ effective link-selling techniques to drive business and increase transaction value
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to establish a loyal clientele and secure repeat business
