Role & Responsibilities
- Transport merchandise from warehouse to retail store locations in a timely and professional manner
- Operate company vehicles and manage the lift gate on trucks during loading and unloading operations
- Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise using bakers racks and rolling racks
- Maintain the highest standards of security and safety awareness throughout all warehouse operations
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with store management and warehouse team members
- Follow the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program and all warehouse policies and procedures
- Work flexible rotating schedules as assigned by management to support operational requirements
- Communicate operational concerns and feedback to warehouse management
- Support all company decisions and maintain a professional image consistent with company standards
- Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and accountability
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including lift gates and material handling devices
- Capability to work in a warehouse environment with varying physical demands
- Flexibility to work rotating hours and weekend shifts as required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
Experience
Entry-level warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong work ethic and reliability may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
