Tommy Hilfiger seeks a full-time Store Warehouse Driver to manage the delivery and transportation of merchandise between the company's warehouse facility and retail store locations. The role encompasses receiving and shipping merchandise, maintaining organized storage areas, processing floor-ready inventory, and optimizing stock levels while minimizing shrinkage. The successful candidate will operate company vehicles, maintain warehouse safety standards, and support the broader logistics operations through professional conduct and reliable performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Transport merchandise from warehouse to retail store locations in a timely and professional manner
- Operate company vehicles and manage the lift gate on trucks during loading and unloading operations
- Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise using bakers racks and rolling racks
- Maintain the highest standards of security and safety awareness throughout all warehouse operations
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with store management and warehouse team members
- Follow the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program and all warehouse policies and procedures
- Work flexible rotating schedules as assigned by management to support operational requirements
- Communicate operational concerns and feedback to warehouse management
- Support all company decisions and maintain a professional image consistent with company standards
- Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and accountability
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including lift gates and material handling devices
- Capability to work in a warehouse environment with varying physical demands
- Flexibility to work rotating hours and weekend shifts as required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
Experience
Entry-level warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong work ethic and reliability may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
