Tommy Hilfiger Store Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profitability
• Support the management team in overseeing all personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings and communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to team members
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team while delivering an exemplary customer store experience
• Consistently foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Support team delivery of business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
• Meet company standards and personal sales targets including sales against budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing procedures and sales floor management
• Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
• Ensure staff accountability in building repeat customer relationships through unparalleled service
• Execute and review visual merchandising best practices across the sales floor and back room for consistency
• Collaborate with management to build a talent pool for key positions and identify potential successors

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury retail brands
• Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements
• Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with ease
• Track record as a collaborative team player who recognizes and celebrates colleagues' contributions and achievements
• Confidence in delivering feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Proven ability to manage change, adapt quickly and work at pace in dynamic environments
• Energetic and authentic demeanor with commanding presence on the sales floor
• Initiative-driven problem-solving approach with 'can-do' attitude toward in-store challenges
