Full-time supervisory position at the Tommy Hilfiger pop-up in Wembley, responsible for leading shop floor operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Supervisor ensures achievement of sales and profit targets while maintaining brand standards and fostering a positive store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support management team in personnel management, product, merchandising functions, business processes and results
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation
- Foster positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
- Support team in delivering business strategy with consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results: sales versus budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor management
- Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensure staff accountability in building repeat customer base through spirited service
- Execute visual merchandising directives consistently across sales floor and back room
- Work with management team to build talent pool for key positions

- Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- People management experience with conflict resolution abilities
- Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships
