Tommy Hilfiger Lelystad Outlet seeks a Store Supervisor to lead retail operations, drive sales, and maintain brand standards. Full-time, 38-hour position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profitability
- Support the management team in overseeing all personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and store results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and regular staff briefings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all team members
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation whilst delivering exemplary customer experiences
- Foster consistently positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and with respect
- Support team delivery of business strategy through consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budget, sales per hour (SPH) and units per transaction (UPT)
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor management
- Build quality relationships with internal and external customers and ensure staff accountability for repeat business
- Execute and monitor visual merchandising directives and best practices across sales floor and back room
- Collaborate with management team to develop talent pipeline for key positions and potential successors
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist-level experience within a premium or luxury brand environment
- Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and disagreements constructively
- Effective communication skills with natural ability to build relationships
- Team player mentality with recognition and celebration of others' contributions and achievements
- Confidence in delivering feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Adaptability and ability to work with pace in a fast-evolving retail environment

Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury retail brand, with demonstrated experience in people management and driving sales performance.
