Tommy Hilfiger Caledonia Park seeks a Full-Time Store Supervisor to lead retail operations and drive sales performance in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and deliver highest levels of customer service, sales and profitability
- Support the management team with oversight of personnel, product, merchandising functions, and business processes
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
- Communicate all marketing and sales promotions clearly to store staff
- Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets whilst delivering exemplary customer journeys
- Foster a positive store experience through fair and consistent treatment of customers and colleagues
- Support team delivery of business strategy with consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing operations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop repeat business through exceptional service
- Execute visual merchandising directives consistently across sales floor and back room
- Collaborate with management to develop talent pool and identify successor candidates
Qualifications
- Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with conflict resolution capabilities
- Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Team player who recognises and celebrates colleague contributions
- Confidence in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioural change
- Ability to work well with change and adapt quickly to evolving circumstances
- Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
