Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Store Supervisor for its Womens & Kids department at Bicester Village to lead shop floor operations and drive exceptional customer service and sales performance. The role involves managing personnel, merchandising, and store processes while maintaining premium retail standards and fostering team engagement across both product categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and deliver highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support management team across personnel, product, merchandising, business processes and store results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to team members
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to achieve goals while delivering exemplary store journey
- Consistently foster positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
- Support team delivery of business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor management
- Focus staff on importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensure staff accountability for building repeat customer base through unparalleled spirited service
- Execute visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room; continually review for consistency
- Work with management team to build talent pool for key positions and identify potential successors
Qualifications
- Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brand environment
- Demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
- Proven ability to give feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
