Tommy Hilfiger Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Manager to build business opportunities and achieve sales budgets, wage targets, sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rates, and profitability goals
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to improve performance and drive business expansion
• Foster a consistently positive store experience through fair and equitable treatment of customers and team members
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing procedures and sales floor management
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising directives and maintain standards for sales floor and back room operations
• Manage daily sales, payroll, controllable expenses, and align activities to meet business objectives
• Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results and performance metrics
• Lead weekly management meetings and regional forums with meaningful contributions
• Set challenging but achievable goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Coordinate action plans while managing budget decisions and consequences appropriately
• Communicate daily with staff regarding individual sales goals, key performance indicators, and product information
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes for diverse talent
• Own training and development of employees with proper documentation and continuous coaching

Qualifications

• Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand retail environment
• Demonstrated experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales management
• Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and drive productive outcomes
• Effective communication skills with capacity to cultivate belonging and psychological safety
• Strong collaborative approach that recognizes and celebrates team contributions
• Courage to provide constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace in evolving retail environments

Extensive experience in retail operations and people management, with a proven track record of delivering sales results, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams in brand-focused retail environments.

Education

Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualifications in retail management, business administration, or related field preferred.
